Look what I found! I have been tossing it around in the backyard against a wall as an exercise activity. I have to say that it is not as easy as it use to. Everything creaks, crackles and cracks, now. As if my joints, specifically, my right shoulder isn’t used to the motion, anymore. So, I figured that that was an incentive for me to start greasing it up by simply throwing a baseball around. I have to say that the pain feels good. Like a massage.
